Audit service for foreign capital companies involves tasks such as preparing working papers and issuance of audit reporting in English. As a result, compared to audit for domestic companies, it tends to be more expensive a bit. However, we strive to keep costs at a reasonable level by conducting efficient audit procedures with a small team. Additionally, by controlling indirect costs, we aim to keep our fees 20-30% lower than those of major audit firms.
Nonetheless, audit fee depends on what kind of business operated, the asset and sales size of the client, the complexity of transactions and the workload of our services. Therefore, it is difficult to show the systematic fee tables and please note that the following service fees are disclosed as general examples only.
