After graduating from university, he passed the JICPA exams and started his career from Nippon Parking Development Co., Ltd (a listed entity on the prime market of TSE) in 2011. While taking responsibility for accounting tasks, extensively involved in annual/quarterly closing procedures, handling for statutory audit, and the preparation of disclosure documents. He also engaged in a lot of projects such as M&A activities, overseas expansion, and ERP software replacements.
In 2015, he joined Deloitte Tokyo in 2015 after accumulated precious experience as a professional accountant. During the time, he provided various services such as statutory audit for listed entities applying IFRS and establishment of internal control (J-SOX compliance). He also gave advisory for companies that deal with revision of accounting standards.
In 2019, he started his own business individually as a certified public accountant. While taking advantage of his practical experience in both auditing, he has been offering consulting services related to system replacements for global companies, advisory services for listed entities regarding accounting and financial operations, and post merger integrations.
