About Service Fee

Q1 We would like to request an estimate for tax filing. Please tell us the specific process.

First, please prepare the financial statements and tax returns for the past three periods, as well as the most recent trial balance.
The advisory fee varies depending on the company’s asset size, sales volume, shareholder composition, and the presence or absence of profits or losses.
By reviewing the financial statements and tax returns, it becomes possible to grasp this information, so we will generally need to review the financial information.
Of course, we will enter into a confidentiality agreement (NDA) regarding the provision of information.

We disclose a fee table regarding our advisory services.
However, advisory fees vary depending on the nature of the services, so please contact us for details.
Our motto is to provide services at appropriate prices with same level of major tax accounting firms.

Service fees for Tax Filings

Q3 Is the contract confirmed at the amount on the fee table?

The price on our fee table is just an estimate. For example, if you are going to outsource bookkeeping, you will be charged an additional fee separately, but if it is understood that you can cooperate to some extent in for journal entries, we will give you a discount on the service fee from the price on the fee tables.

Q4 Considering whether to appoint a low-cost service accounting firm. From what perspective should we appoint a tax accountant?

If you only wish to prepare tax return documents once a year, or if you do not require high value-added services, a low-cost accounting firm may be suitable for your needs.
However, low-cost accounting firms often have part-time or temporary staff as responsible person and adopt a business model that systematically handles bookkeeping and tax returns.

We believe in not only the expertise in taxation but also in the motto of having a certified public accountant with a wide range of knowledge in industries and sectors as a business partner to support your company. Naturally, this will make a significant difference in the future of your company. Therefore, it is advisable to clearly define the scope of services you require, including accounting, taxation, and management, and consider which option is best for you.
